We use apps and web services on different devices effortlessly everyday. These services simplify our lives and everyone knows how to use these B2C services intuitionally. Based on this, clients expects the same seamlessness and safety features when using B2B solutions in their daily business. But the gap between these two worlds is growing bigger everyday. In order to sensitize employees to this topic at the annual convention, we created a fictional character who uses a lot of digital solutions privately and thinks about how his everyday work could be simplified if there were only good B2B solutions.
