Rock am Ring and Rock im Park are the oldest festival brand in Germany. For the first issue after COVID, the DreamHaus aimed for the best customer experience before and after the Festival. The question was: How can we use an easy-to-use digital solution to get all informations to all touchpoint in the most fast way? The answer is: We are only using one backend for the website and the app, to make things easy for the festival team. The app transforms into the star of the show during the festival. All festival visitors and the fans staying enjoy the best experience while getting all important informations in real-time.
